Error code: ERR_TOOL_LONG [18]Error causes The difference between the current and previous measured lengths is bigger than expected. The tool might be released from the collet slightly. How to fix the issue: Check the state of the clamped tool and inspect the collet. If a tool is slightly released from the collet, please clean the collet using a spindle maintenance kit. If you can’t still solve the problem, please contact our support team.

Error code: ERR_GET_TOOL_FAILED [10]Error causes No tool was detected when the spindle got a tool. The ATC pocket was empty or there is a problem with the clamping mechanism. How to fix the issue: Check if there is a tool in the ATC. Go to the "Tools" menu and click the "Get Tool" button to check If a spindle can not get a tool correctly, please proceed with "Auto Teaching" calibration (Settings -> Auto Teaching).

Error code: ERR_IO_NETWORK_ERROR [15]Error causes Wrong connection of 0.5M LAN cable between motion controller and IO board Defect in the LAN cable which connects the IO board and motion controller. Machine components overview (Machine shown below is MAXX-5Z) How to fix the issue: a) Remove the rear cover of the machine. Disconnect the IO board LAN cable and connect again. b) Unplug the connector and remove 4 screws to remove DC fan bracket.

Error code: ERR_GET_TOOL_FAILED (left) [10010]Error causes ATC tool pocket number 3 is empty. Tool number in the Go2Dental was assigned incorrectly. How to fix the issue: a) Open Go2Dental software. b) Go to the "Product" work menu and click the "Tool numbering" button to check tool position. c) Edit tool position number "3" to number "5" and click "Validate" as shown below: Note: After installation of Chairman Go2Dental, please check tool numbering before milling.

What to do when abutment STL files can't be recognized while importing to Go2CAM? (MAXX-4WX/4W)Error causes The coordinate of an STL file is wrong. How to fix the issue: Solution 1 (Recommended): Please align the hole coordinates according to the Z-axis in your CAD software when designing and exporting the STL. Solution 2: Select "Do not treat CAD files" and proceed by manually defining a hole.
