Error code: ERR_GET_TOOL_FAILED (left) [10010]

Error causes

ATC tool pocket number 3 is empty. Tool number in the Go2Dental was assigned incorrectly.

a) Open Go2Dental software.

b) Go to the "Product" work menu and click the "Tool numbering" button to check tool position.

c) Edit tool position number "3" to number "5" and click "Validate" as shown below:

Note: After installation of Chairman Go2Dental, please check tool numbering before milling. After validating parameters will be saved.

d) Create new NC file and start milling.
