Error code: ERR_GET_TOOL_FAILED [10]

Error causes

No tool was detected when the spindle got a tool. The ATC pocket was empty or there is a problem with the clamping mechanism.

How to fix the issue:

  1. Check if there is a tool in the ATC.
  2. Go to the "Tools" menu and click the "Get Tool" button to check
  3. If a spindle can not get a tool correctly, please proceed with "Auto Teaching" calibration (Settings -> Auto Teaching).
