Error causes

The difference between the current and previous measured lengths is bigger than expected. The tool might be released from the collet slightly.

How to fix the issue:

  1. Check the state of the clamped tool and inspect the collet.
  2. If a tool is slightly released from the collet, please clean the collet using a spindle maintenance kit.
  3. If you can’t still solve the problem, please contact our support team.
