<h2>How to start the GO2Support program?</h2>

<li>Double-click the "GO2Support" icon on your desktop</li>
<li>Click "Accept"</li>
</ol>

<li>Then, your ID is shown. Please send your ID to the technical support team to give them access to connect to your PC.</li>
