Installation Part 2- Connecting the machine to the PC1. Go to the "Setup" folder and copy the "Chairman_5X_control_suite_221129" folder from a USB flash drive and paste it into your PC desktop (PLEASE use the control suite version from USB in the accessory box only. Control suite folder downloaded from somewhere else is not compatible) 2. Enter "Open Network & Internet settings" from your PC 3. Click "Change adapter options" 4. Find an unknown network icon and go to properties by right-clicking the mouse.

Installation Part 3: CalibrationThe machine is calibrated at the factory. For maximum precision and accuracy, calibration is needed during the initial setup. Proceed as described below when performing a subsequent calibration. Auto calibration Procedure: Click "Settings" Click "ENT" (User mode) Click "Auto Calibration" *If the Touch Signal On/Off is checked BEFORE touching the calibration cylinder (jig), please clean both spindle collets until the check mark disappears.

Installation Part 4 - Go2Dental SoftwareSummary: 1. Insert USB Drive from accessories box 2. Insert the Go2CAM Dongle license key into your PC 3. Go to the "Setup" folder and open "GO2dental_V609.209_02-11-2022" -> Click Setup.exe and finish the software installation 4. Go to the "Oem" folder Copy the 1400 folder and paste it into (Local C-> Go2Dental -> OEM) 5. Go to the "Go2CAM License Key" folder, copy the (.lic) license file from USB Drive, and paste it into (Local C-> Go2Dental) Go2CAM root folder 6.

OperationStarting the control suite program Run "Chairman 5X.exe" Press the "Home" button to start the initialization of the machine. Wait a few minutes until the program is ready. Inserting tools into the ATC Insert each tool manually into the #1,2,4,5,6 tool pocket by hand so the diamond-coated end of the tool faces the inside of the tool pocket. Use gentle force to put the tool as far as it goes.
