The machine is calibrated at the factory. For maximum precision and accuracy, calibration is needed during the initial setup. Proceed as described below when performing a subsequent calibration.

Auto calibration

Procedure:

1. Click "Settings"
2. Click "ENT" (User mode)
3. Click "Auto Calibration"

*If the Touch Signal On/Off is checked BEFORE touching the calibration cylinder (jig), please clean both spindle collets until the check mark disappears. The check mark box must be empty, and it only shows a signal when the signal cable touches the calibration cylinder (jig).

After calibration is completed, remove the calibration tools and calibration cylinder.

Updating spindle offset

Enter Settings as "Manager" mode (PW: 1234)
