If Go2Dental is not running and have some software errors, please try to delete TMP files. Please follow the instruction below: a) Go to the Go2Dental V608 file location and open the "OEM" folder. b) Go to 1400 -> CFG_CHAIRMAN_001 -> TMP and delete all tmp files. c) Go to 1400 -> TMP and delete all files here, too. Done!

What is sintering support? Sintering supports are created to stabilize long elements such as long bridges and to ensure good quality during the sintering process of zirconia. There are 2 types of sintering support in Go2Dental: Stabilizer bar (for standard bridges) U shape (for long bridges) Placing sintering support a) Go to the "Toolbox" work menu and select sintering support.  b) Select both sides of a bridge and the program automatically creates sintering support.

PCE project file can be used to analyze the milling process and find causes for milling problems. If there is any milling issue, please save the PCE file and send it to our technical support team for analysis. NOTE: For accurate technical analysis of your milling issue, please save the PCE file ONLY after the NC file is created.
